The TRU Geometry™ Seal
What it means when a provider displays it. What it attests. How to verify it.
MARLOWE CERTIFICATION™ — TRU GEOMETRY™
What the Seal Attests
The TRU Geometry™ seal is issued at the completion of the seven-gate MARLOWE Certification™ pathway. It attests four conditions, simultaneously verified at the time of issuance and at every quarterly re-certification:
- Truth — what the entity reports is what the entity does. No material gap between stated structure and operating structure.
- Transparency — no Ghost Load™, no undisclosed dependency pathways, no concealed extraction chains inflating standing or hiding liability.
- Moral Integrity — the entity's business model does not require undisclosed extraction from the people it serves.
- Human Node Factored — the end human — the patient, the client, the customer, the ratepayer — is accounted for as the terminus of the exchange, not an externality to be extracted from.
What It Does Not Certify
The seal certifies structural architecture. It does not certify product safety (regulators do that), service outcomes (the market does that), or medical or legal efficacy (professionals do that).
It certifies one specific thing: this provider's operational architecture has been independently audited and does not participate in Ghost Load™ extraction from the people it serves.
How to Verify a Provider's Certification
Every certified provider is listed in the public registry at marloweaudit.com. Certification is not purchased — it is earned through the Ghost Load™ Entity Audit. A provider displaying the seal without current certification status in the registry is in violation of the trademark terms.
The certification is non-transferable. It does not transfer when a business is sold or acquired. New ownership must undergo a fresh audit.
Find Certified Providers → Verify in Registry →The Ghost Load™ Standard
A certified provider has documented — through an independent forensic audit — that their Ghost Load™ percentage is at or below the Sovereign Constant™ floor of 33%. This means at least 67 cents of every dollar paid reaches actual service delivery. Most consumers have never bought from a provider who has measured and documented this.
The audit is deterministic: the same inputs produce the same output every time. There is no discretionary approval. If the numbers pass, the entity certifies. If they don't, they don't.
